Job summary

Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a meticulous Payroll Specialist to verify and adjust time data, set up new jobsites, and ensure correct clock-ins across ExakTime, Sage, and iSolved.

The role involves reviewing payroll checks for accuracy, preparing executive summaries, and supporting HR with onboarding and data maintenance. Ideal candidates will have experience with Isolved/ADP, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and bilingual abilities in Spanish or

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll systems such as Isolved, ADP, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Enthusiastic about learning and advancing within the company.
• High attention to detail and quick retention of new information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Verify and adjust employee time data daily to ensure accuracy.
• Set up new jobsites and ensure correct clock-ins.
• Transfer and verify payroll data across ExakTime, Sage, and iSolved.
• Review payroll checks for accuracy including hours and deductions.
• Prepare Executive Summary and supporting payroll documentation.
• Assist HR during onboarding and employee data maintenance.
