Job summary

This full-time, permanent role performs routine payroll tasks in manual and automated systems, compiling data from time reports, personnel action forms, and withholding forms to process semi-monthly payroll.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year clerical or fiscal experience, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work accurately with numbers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime, including nights/weekends/holidays to meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Compile and compute payroll data from time reports, personnel action forms, withholding forms, etc.
• Prepare, review, verify and process payroll documents for semi-monthly payroll.
• Communicate to request information or help resolve discrepancies and collaborate with the Payroll Services team.
