Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in payroll system management and operations.
  • Experience with Payroll and HRIS systems (Workday or equivalent).
  • Ability to lead technical projects and coordinate multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership in payroll system design, integration, and optimization.
  • Lead payroll-related technical projects from conception to completion, including timelines and resources.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Manage vendor relationships during implementation and support.
  • Identify improvements, including AI and automation, to enhance payroll operations.
  • Communicate complex payroll topics to non-technical stakeholders.
