WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Oversee multi-state payroll reporting, addressing complex tax authority inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Ensure accurate tax withholdings in Workday, with the ability to set up tax reporting structures, review tax payments, and resolve tax notices with thorough research.
  • Conduct tax research and test system modifications to ensure accurate reporting across all compensation types.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations for TIH tax entities to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with W-2 preparation, ensuring timely reporting to employees and relevant parties.
  • Process monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting using ADP, and manage vendor relationships.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 3+ years of payroll tax and regulatory reporting experience
  • Proven expertise in Workday payroll, including payroll tax modules
  • Proficient in ADP payroll systems and advanced Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy; excels in time management
  • Proficient in ADP payroll systems and advanced Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
