Responsibilities include:

• Develops and maintains operating procedures
• Creates informational training materials and presentations for new hires and employees
• Trains users in the operational use of time and attendance and payroll systems
• Produces and maintains multiple payroll webpages as webmaster
• Regulates content and documents updates for publication on the intranet and internet
• Converts submitted documents to alternate formats under the direction of the Lead Payroll Specialist
