Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a great company to fill a newly created Payroll Systems Specialist role in Denver, Colorado. You will support day-to-day Oracle Cloud Payroll operations, resolve system issues, and help optimize key integrations and configurations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
• 1+ year of Oracle Cloud Payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax and payroll accounting.
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws.
• Experience with testing and validating system changes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Oracle Cloud Payroll operations and user needs.
• Research, document, and resolve payroll system issues.
• Manage payroll-related help desk tickets through resolution.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, HCM Support, and Accounting.
• Submit and track Service Requests with Oracle Support.
• Assist with testing payroll updates, corrections, and new requirements.
• Create and maintain system documentation, QRGs, and test scripts.
• Support year-end payroll activities and special projects.
• Execute unit testing for quarterly Oracle Fusion updates.
• Assist with technical initiatives and process improvements.

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Systems Specialist to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly created role supporting payroll operations. You'll join a growing team focused on improving payroll processes, resolving system issues, and supporting critical integrations and configurations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support day-to-day Oracle Cloud Payroll operations and user needs
• Research, document, and resolve payroll system issues
• Manage payroll-related help desk tickets through resolution
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, HCM Support, and Accounting
• Submit and track Service Requests with Oracle Support
• Assist with testing payroll updates, corrections, and new requirements

• Exposure to Oracle enterprise systems
• Background in PeopleSoft or JD Edwards
• Experience supporting payroll integrations
• Familiarity with HCM workflows and ticketing
• Experience creating process documentation
• Previous work in a collaborative payroll systems environment
