Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related academic personnel, HR, or payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of UCPath, University policies and payroll practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage senate, non-senate academic and staff personnel actions; interpret and apply university policies.
• Analyze employment, recruitment, compensation, leave and separation matters; provide recommendations.
• Review hiring and personnel action packages for policy compliance; prepare exception memos as needed.
• Develop and implement personnel processes; collaborate with HR leadership on policy changes and job descriptions.
