Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experience.
• Experience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
• U.S. Person status, as defined by U.S. export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize payroll processes to drive efficiencies and accuracy.
• Administer and maintain payroll systems (ADP Ev6, ADP WFM), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify process improvements and implement automation.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new payroll features.
• Act as the primary liaison with payroll system vendors, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Provide training and guidance to HR and Finance staff on payroll system functionality.
• Contribute to projects that prepare the organization for global payroll expansion.

Salary Range

$96,600.00-$128,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
