UAB Medicine is seeking a Payroll Systems Data Integrity Analyst to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness across multiple payroll platforms in Birmingham, Alabama.
You will maintain data integrity, collaborate with payroll teams, and support system design, maintenance, and optimization while upholding payroll standards and regulatory compliance.
Position Overview
Pay range: $63,875 - $103,800 / year

To be accountable for data integrity across various payroll systems including quality, accuracy, timeliness, and usability. To work with various systems, associated systems, databases, and modules that comprise UAB Medicine payroll operations. To maintain data integrity in systems through pro-active means (audits, queries, etc.), serve as a champion between users, management, HSIS, and service providers on system issues and projects including system design, system maintenance & modifications, system optimization, and operational/functional issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, and two (2) years of experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Experience maintaining data integrity in systems, including designing, maintaining and optimizing data systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
