Aerotek Corporate has an immediate opening for a Payroll Associate at our corporate office in Tempe, AZ. This full-time role reports to the Payroll Lead and handles high-volume payroll requests from field partners for external employees.

Qualifications include strong analytical, customer service, and communication skills; payroll experience preferred; proficiency in PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office. The position offers $45,000–$56,000 plus a $4,000 annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for field partners seeking payroll assistance by email or phone.
• Respond timely to inquiries and route to Payroll Specialists as needed.
• Communicate policies and procedures to field partners regarding payroll functions.
• Compile and distribute payroll queries, reports, and audits.
• Coordinate timely resolution of payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain multiple tracking logs in Excel.
• Sort mail and documents daily for payroll specialists.
• Assist with payroll research with third parties and coordination with collocation centers.
• Handle various administrative duties related to payroll.
