Responsabilités

• Lead and support payroll staff responsible for one of the State’s largest and most complex payroll operations while helping create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
• Mentor and develop staff, promote collaboration and knowledge sharing, and help build a workplace culture focused on engagement, accountability, and retention.
• Oversee payroll operations to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations, resolve complex payroll and personnel issues, and serve as a trusted resource to managers and employees.
• Monitor workloads, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help ensure payroll services are delivered accurately, timely, and with a strong customer-service focus.
