Qualifications

• Knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing on schedule; handle wage, deductions, and off-cycle paychecks.
• Verify timekeeping records and review payroll before finalizing for accuracy.
• Prepare and transmit direct deposits and payroll reports for management.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with payroll laws and internal controls.
