Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination).
• Three to five years of progressively responsible payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll systems and reporting tools; knowledge of payroll audits and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payrolls and ensure accuracy of earnings, deductions, and taxes.
• Administer Workday payroll transactions and assist with testing and upgrades.
• Support multi-state payroll, timekeeping, and leave administration; ensure regulatory compliance.
