Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, HR administration, or a similar field.
• Construction or staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and handling high-volume employee data.
• Proficient in Excel, especially with formulas and pivot tables.
• Must be comfortable being employee facing and seated at a computer for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify clock-in and clock-out records for 200-300 employees daily.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies with timecards.
• Communicate with employees to clarify time entries and gather missing information.
• Track daily contractor attendance and report headcount to supervisors multiple times a day.
• Analyze attendance trends and provide coaching to employees as needed.
