Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Atlanta, GA on a full-time contract basis for 12 months.

The role requires 2+ years of Time and Attendance/Payroll experience, with SAP Time and quota systems expertise. You will prepare schedules, audit time data, resolve pay discrepancies, and serve as a subject-matter expert for SAP time processes. Excellent detail orientation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Time and Attendance/Payroll experience required.
• Must be highly detail oriented with good communication skills.
• Experience with SAP Time and quota systems and related payroll processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track employee work schedules and rosters; maintain employee databases for time processing.
• Audit on short- to mid-term projects to ensure policy and wage/hour compliance.
• Review audit reports to ensure legacy time systems align with SAP; resolve pay discrepancies.
