Innova Solutions is hiring a Payroll Specialist for a full-time contract in Atlanta, GA. You will manage time and attendance, payroll processing, and audits to ensure wage accuracy and compliance with SAP systems.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of payroll/time-attendance experience, strong attention to detail, Excel/Word proficiency, and clear communication. On-site role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Time and Attendance/Payroll experience.
• Excel and Word proficiency; comfort with timesheets.
• Detail oriented with good communication and quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track employee work schedules and rosters; maintain time databases.
• Work independently on short to medium projects and audits for policy and wage/hour compliance.
• Review audit reports to align legacy time systems with SAP; ensure pay accuracy.
• Escalate complex pay concerns or quota disputes and communicate resolutions.
• Serve as SME for SAP Time and quota, time collection, and attendance policies.
