Job summary

Innova Solutions, Atlanta, GA, is hiring a Payroll Specialist for a 12-month contract. You will manage time and attendance, payroll data, and SAP Time & Quota modules while ensuring policy compliance and accurate wage calculations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in time/attendance payroll, SAP proficiency, and strong problem-solving skills to resolve pay discrepancies. Salary is $20–$22/hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Time and Attendance/Payroll experience.
• Proficient with SAP Time and Quota systems and audits.
• Ability to resolve complex pay discrepancies with guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track employee work schedules and rosters.
• Maintains employee databases to manage and process employee time.
• Work independently with moderate supervision on short to medium term projects and audits to ensure policy and wage/hour compliance.
• Review and act on audit reports to ensure legacy time systems are in sync with SAP, time and quota calculations are accurate, and to identify and resolve employee pay discrepancies.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Time and quota, schema, MPS, time collection, time and attendance policies, and employee scheduling practices.
