Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our myHR Services team. You will support accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain employee payroll records, and help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will process multiple payroll frequencies, review timekeeping, and assist with year-end tasks such as W-2s. Strong Excel and payroll software experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll, accounting, or HR admin experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll for a defined employee population under guidance of a senior team member.
• Enter and verify payroll data including new hire information, terminations, pay rate changes, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions.
• Review timekeeping records for completeness and accuracy, follow up with managers or employees to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with year-end payroll processes including W-2 preparation, distribution, and reconciliation.
• Help ensure payroll tax filings and remittances are completed accurately and on time.
• Compile and organize data for internal and external audits as requested.
