Spectrum is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer payroll for bi-weekly cycles and support employees across the enterprise. The role emphasizes accuracy, system testing, and process improvement to ensure teams are paid correctly and on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Demonstrated data entry experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process payroll for assigned line of business on a bi-weekly basis.
• Provide payroll support to all employees; answer questions via phone or email.
• Participate in system testing for software/hardware upgrades and integrations.
• Provide support covering department help desk and coverage for other team members.
• Maintain garnishment documentation and process wage verifications.
• Ensure accuracy of processed garnishment data and reports.
