Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer and process payroll for multiple lines of business. You will resolve employee inquiries and support system improvements while maintaining accurate payroll records.

The role requires at least 2 years of payroll experience, strong data entry, and communications skills. Expect bi-weekly processing, attention to detail, and collaboration with benefits and garnishments teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of previous multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Demonstrated data entry experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process payroll for assigned line of business on a bi-weekly basis.
• Maintain processing task list and documentation according to department standards.
• Provide payroll support to all employees across the enterprise via phone or email.
• Scan, link and route payroll documentation using Perceptive Content.
• Participate in system testing and trainings; monitor daily duties for efficiency.
• Process benefit deduction adjustments and distribute benefit emails to processing team.
• Handle garnishment input, documentation and wage verification tasks.
