Job summary

Marvin seeks a Payroll Administrator to support our people-first manufacturing culture by delivering accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. You will process biweekly payroll, validate time and attendance, and maintain HRIS and payroll records for our Warroad, MN operations.

You’ll calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums, ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Validate time and attendance data and ensure accuracy of payroll records.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll records for Warroad, MN operations.
• Calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums and prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.
• Respond to employee questions and support year-end activities to improve processes.
