Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our people-first manufacturing culture by delivering accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. In this role, you will process biweekly payroll, validate time and attendance, and maintain HRIS and payroll records for our Warroad, MN operations.

You’ll calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums, ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Validate time and attendance records.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll records for Warroad, MN operations.
• Calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums.
• Ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.
• Respond to employee questions on payroll.
• Support year-end activities.
• Help improve payroll processes in a collaborative environment.
