Job summary

Liberty Energy in Denver, CO is seeking a Payroll Specialist II to join our Supply Chain Logistics - Operations team. The role handles multi-state payroll processing, wage adjustments, garnishments, and related payroll duties in a business casual office environment.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree or equivalent, 2–4 years of multi-state payroll experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and solid Excel skills. Some evening or weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• FPC designation preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
• Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Processes Payroll.
• Enters and adjusts: 401K Deferral changes; 401K Loans.
• Enters and processes: Child Support orders; Garnishments, Liens and Levies; Reciprocity; Lock in Letters; Military and Jury pay.
• Performs account balance and payroll reconciliations.
• Assists in training employees on Timekeeping system when needed.
• Filing (as needed).
• Point of contact for Payroll related questions.
