Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our people-first manufacturing culture by delivering accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. You will process biweekly payroll, validate time and attendance, and maintain HRIS and payroll records for our Warroad, MN operations.

You’ll calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums, ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience processing biweekly payroll for multiple employee types.
• Proficient in time and attendance validation and HRIS maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of tax and wage regulations.
• Ability to generate payroll reports for Finance and HR.
