Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our people-first manufacturing culture by delivering accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. You will process biweekly payroll, validate time and attendance, and maintain HRIS and payroll records for our Warroad, MN operations.

You’ll calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums, ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.

Qualifications

• Biweekly payroll processing for hourly and salaried staff.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax and wage regulations.
• Experience validating time and attendance data.
• Ability to respond to employee questions and support year-end activities.
