Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Payroll Specialist to handle timely, accurate payroll processing for weekly and bi-weekly cycles, ensuring compliance with governing regulations. You’ll work with CBAs, HRIS systems, and support teammates through coaching and training.

Preferred candidates have a College degree and experience with UKG Kronos; a High School Diploma or GED is required. This role offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience with UKG Kronos Timekeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with regulations as a Payroll Specialist.
• Manage and oversee processing of multiple weekly and bi-weekly payrolls with respect to CBAs.
• Guarantee accuracy and timeliness of payroll while adhering to federal and state laws.
• Analyze payroll issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with HRIS to maintain system integrity during payroll setup and updates.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members through local sessions as needed.
• Oversee salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and payroll accounting, including final checks on separations.
• Other duties as assigned.
