SGB-SMIT USA is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage regular payroll cycles in a manufacturing environment. You will review timekeeping, process pay elements, and maintain accurate HRIS records while coordinating with HR and Finance to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or business or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• HRIS knowledge, Paylocity, UKG or Paychex preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple regular payroll cycles accurately and on schedule.
• Review and validate timekeeping data, pay changes, bonuses, deductions and inputs.
• Maintain employee records in the payroll system and HRIS.
• Administer payroll deductions, wage garnishments, and tax withholdings.
• Reconcile payroll registers and support corrections before finalization.
• Prepare recurring payroll reports and assist month-/quarter-/year-end activities.
• Respond to employee payroll questions timely and confidentially.
