Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, accounting, or HR or equivalent.
• Three years’ full-cycle payroll experience for non-exempt and exempt staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and 10-key data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract staff.
• Verify timecards, earnings, and deductions for accuracy.
• Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns.
