Our client, a global Aerospace company, is hiring a temporary Payroll Specialist to join their team in a remote capacity. Candidates must be able to work EST hours. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business.

Job Duties Include:

• Reconcile timesheets to confirm that the recorded hours align with scheduled work hours and approved time off
• Maintain employee records by entering updates into ADP as necessary including garnishments, liens, and various other deductions
• Monitor the payroll inbox/ticketing system and provide prompt responses
• Input necessary data required to process payroll and run necessary timekeeping integrations
• Calculate miscellaneous payments as necessary for manual checks, OOC Payrolls, or final pay requirements
• Run reports through as necessary to support the various enterprise functions
• Provide customer service support when necessary
• Collaborate to provide continuous improvement of ADP People Systems
• Identify and recommend areas of improvement within the team
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in payroll within the Aerospace, Defense or Government Contract industries are preferred.
• 1+ years of ADP WorkForce Now and/or WorkForce Management experience
• Excellent problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify problems and address data integrity issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a time sensitive environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams
