Vitruvian Health in Dalton, GA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. This full-time, dayshift role focuses on preparing payrolls, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring accuracy of hours, rates, deductions, and benefits for all staff.

The ideal candidate has at least five years' payroll experience, solid knowledge of payroll procedures and benefit programs, and familiarity with Workday or similar time-tracking systems. Excellent data accuracy and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of clerical experience processing confidential payroll/timekeeping.
• Five years of payroll function experience; familiarity with payroll data and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of Social Security and Retirement laws.
• Experience with Workday or comparable time-tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payrolls and maintain payroll records for all employees.
• Ensure accurate hours, rates, deductions, and benefits information.
