Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing time entry, and distributing payroll reports while resolving processing issues. Collaboration with HR and Finance is essential to keep data accurate and payrolls reconciled.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Vantage for client and subsidiaries.
• Maintain employee files and master data in ADP; monitor time entry.
• Distribute reports and checks; address payroll errors and inquiries.
• Implement payroll adjustments, retroactive payments and payouts.
• Process entries for multiple payrolls, deductions, benefits, and tax changes.
• Ensure compliance with client policy and resolve system issues.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate data.
• Reconcile payroll registers against source data.
