Responsibilities

• Process weekly/biweekly payroll and verify hours for all employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records and deductions.
• Handle payroll inquiries from employees and respond appropriately.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy employee files.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax withholdings.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and assist audits.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and benefits processing.
• Process terminations and final paycheck calculations.
• Coordinate with HR and accounting on employee data changes.
• Manage payroll tax filings and timely payments.
