Job summary

This full-time role partners with HR, Finance, Operations, and People Partners to support payroll execution, drive process improvements, and maintain high payroll accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP payroll systems.
• Knowledge of payroll practices and applicable employment standards legislation.
• Advanced Excel skills to analyze and reconcile payroll data.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, audits, and year-end processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage pre-payroll, on-cycle payroll, and off-cycle payroll processing activities.

• Review, validate, and reconcile employee time records and payroll data.
• Process overtime, statutory holiday pay, paid time off, retroactive adjustments, and other payroll transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries.
• Support payroll reconciliations, reporting activities, audits, and year-end processes.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, and People Partners to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Identify payroll risks, support control requirements, and recommend process improvements.
