Job summary

Skyline Construction is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support our growing commercial interior construction operations. The role is based out of the San Francisco or San Jose offices and will handle payroll for about 400 employees across multiple states.

You will collaborate with HR, project managers, accounting, and field supervisors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing and timely reporting in a construction context.

The Payroll Specialist can be based out of Skyline Construction's San Francisco or San Jose office and is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for approximately 400 employees working in commercial construction. This position ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, union payroll, multi-state payroll, and construction-specific payroll reporting. The Payroll Specialist works closely with Human Resources, Project Managers, Accounting, and field supervisors to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
