Cogent Analytics is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to lead all payroll activities for our utility-focused clients. You will manage payroll processing, garnishments, data entry, and reconciliation with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include posting daily sales, processing invoices, bank reconciliations, and collaborating with the accounting team to meet deadlines. An associate degree and strong Excel skills are preferred to ensure reliable payroll operations.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Payroll Specialist to lead and manage all payroll for utility companies facing emergencies and power outages. They will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing; while supporting and assisting the rest of the corporate team.
