Our Carrier Credentialing Associate provides general administrative support to internal initiatives tied to automation, quality control of data associated with automation, testing and aiding in the development of automation.
This role will work within our Regulatory Affairs team out of our Studio Park office location in Grand Rapids, MI.
Associates Degree or the recognized equivalent of education and experience is required Minimum of 2 years of general office experience required, including at least one year in customer service role and/or administrative role Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and internet experience is required Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment is required Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
