Job summary

CFS is seeking a Payroll Administrator to accurately process biweekly payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states. You will review timecard exceptions, overtime, vacation accruals, and respond to payroll inquiries from staff and leadership.

The role requires 4+ years’ payroll experience, construction or union settings preferred, and collaboration with HR and Accounting on benefits and taxes. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

  • Experience in construction or union environments is required.
