Job summary

ITAC Solutions is assisting a federal contractor in Huntsville to find a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for ~550 employees across 8 entities in 35+ states.

You will process full-cycle, multi-state payroll (including a California cycle) for hourly and salaried staff, coordinate multi-state tax compliance via ADP, and serve as a backup for the payroll team in a direct-hire, stable environment.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience within multi-state environments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across entities and cycles.

Our client, a fast-growing federal contractor supporting engineering, manufacturing, and construction management across the country, is looking for a Payroll Specialist to help keep its multi-entity, multi-state payroll running smoothly. This is a chance to be a core part of a two-person team responsible for payroll across 8 legal entities and roughly 550 employees in 35+ states.
