Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and support payroll operations in a fast-paced oil and gas setting. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across corporate, field, production, and project-based operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience, knowledge of Dayforce or similar systems, strong MS Office skills, and experience with union payroll including certified payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-state organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use additional software programs and web-based portals.
• Working knowledge of Dayforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other payroll processing systems.
• Experience working in a union environment, including certified payroll.
