In this role you’ll be a member of the CAAS group delivering Senior Accountant–level accounting support to help businesses stay compliant and financially healthy.

Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience, payroll experience, and strong Excel skills, with

Position Summary:

Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) offers outsourced accounting services, including full-service CFO Advisory Services; controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Senior Accountant-level accounting services, including processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Payroll experience - payroll processing, tax, and Regulations
• Self-starter and willingness to learn
• Able to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational/time management skills

Qualifications:

• Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts
• Assist with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed

Pay range: $22.00-$26.00/hour
