Job summary

Dallas Payroll is seeking a passionate Payroll Solutions Sales Representative to drive new business across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. You will develop payroll process expertise and demonstrate how our services improve compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction for potential clients.

In this role you will identify prospects, present tailored payroll solutions to HR leaders and business owners, build long-term relationships, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex payroll solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• One to two years of prior work experience in relevant industries.
• Prior experience in Payroll or HCM industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries requiring payroll and HR solutions.
• Conduct needs analysis and demonstrate how our payroll services can improve efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
• Present tailored payroll solutions to decision-makers, including HR managers, CFOs, and business owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term loyalty and service renewal.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth implementation of payroll services for new clients.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices to advise clients effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
