Job summary

RSM US LLP in Dallas, TX is seeking a payroll professional to lead payroll processing for client engagements. You will supervise processing, review data for accuracy, and coordinate with clients on requirements and inquiries.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 3–6 years of payroll services experience, and FPC certification preferred. Travel may be required; the compensation range is disclosed and a discretionary bonus is available.

Qualifications

• FPC certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client or organization locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises payroll processing activities for assigned client engagements.
• Reviews payroll data and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinates with clients on payroll requirements, changes, and inquiries.
• Ensures compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Trains and guides junior team members on payroll procedures.
• Supports client onboarding and payroll system implementations.
