Job summary

PrismHR, a leading payroll and HR software provider, is seeking an Execupay Product Consultant to deliver high-quality client support via Salesforce case management, phone support, and real-time collaboration tools. You will be the primary contact for Execupay licensees, troubleshooting payroll, tax, ACH, and related applications.

• Ability to document troubleshooting steps clearly.

• Manage inbound support requests via Salesforce, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Own assigned cases from intake through resolution with timely updates to licensees.
• Prioritize and manage workload across case queues and phone queues.
• Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and outcomes in Salesforce.
• Escalate issues based on impact and urgency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
