Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Payroll & Reward Specialist to join the People Team, responsible for processing international and U.S. payroll, compensation, benefits and savings programs administration. The ideal candidate will have multi-jurisdiction payroll experience and solid administration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience with multi-state and international exposure.
• Proficient in HRIS systems, Kronos or ADP, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process international and U.S. full-cycle payrolls accurately and on time.
• Ensure data integrity, wage classification, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage time and attendance, and validate ROEs and employment records.
• Provide staff and vendor support, escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with benefits, rewards programs, and compensation analysis.
• Support year-end activities and external HR surveys.
