Job summary

Homebase is seeking a Product Specialist, Payroll on the Customer Experience team in Houston. You’ll guide small business owners through payroll workflows, answer product questions, and help ensure payrolls are accurate and timely.

Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and CX to identify pain points, improve workflows, and leverage AI tools to summarize interactions, speed research, and boost productivity while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting payroll, payroll software, HR tech, SaaS, or customer experience roles.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Homebase Payroll workflows.
• Answer product questions and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and features.
• Use AI tools to summarize customer interactions and boost productivity.
