Job summary

SGA Dental is seeking a Payroll Partner to manage the full payroll cycle for biweekly and monthly payrolls across multiple states, including bonus processing, while ensuring data integrity in the HRIS. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong knowledge of payroll regulations.

You will serve as a primary contact for employees and internal teams, resolving payroll issues with professionalism and accuracy. This is a full-time on-site position in Richmond Hill, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required or equivalent experience.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Proven accuracy and ability to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly and monthly payrolls for multiple payrolls including bonuses.
• Validate timecards and payroll inputs for accuracy.
• Audit payroll results prior to finalization and reconcile reports.
• Support off-cycle payrolls, adjustments, and retroactive corrections.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Provide clear guidance and respond to payroll inquiries from employees and teams.
