Job summary

SGA Dental Partners OPCO LLC is seeking a Payroll Partner to manage the full payroll cycle across a multi-state organization from Richmond Hill, GA. You will handle biweekly and monthly payrolls, including bonuses, while ensuring data integrity in the HRIS and compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting (or related field) with at least 2 years of payroll experience; CPP or FPC certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years payroll experience; preferably in high-growth organizations.
• CPP or FPC certification highly preferred.
• Experience processing biweekly and monthly payrolls and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly and monthly payrolls for salaried, hourly, commission-based, and bonus payments.
• Audit payroll results prior to transmission and reconcile reports.
• Review timecards, status changes, and inputs for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
• Respond to payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.
