You will partner with Payroll, HR, Accounting, IT and other teams to drive process improvements and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4+ years) in a related field.
• 4+ years of US payroll and payroll accounting experience.
• Strong payroll process and controls knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivots, macros.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and remove non‑value tasks.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Accounting, IT to implement process improvements.
• Analyze payroll data, variable compensation, and related transactions for accuracy.
• Develop test plans, execute tests, and document results for improvements.
• Communicate risks and status to managers and stakeholders.
• Resolve data issues with IT or relevant teams and support audit readiness.
• Prepare documentation and summaries to aid decision‑making.
