Intel is seeking a Payroll Business Analyst to support accurate, compliant payroll operations by analyzing data, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with cross-functional teams. You will drive process improvements, support system testing, and ensure timely payroll processing.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in US payroll, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Workday or ADP. This role is a hybrid/contract position with competitive compensation and benefits.
The Payroll Business Analyst will support accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations by analyzing payroll data, resolving discrepancies, supporting system testing, and partnering with Payroll, HR, Accounting, IT, and other cross-functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, payroll process knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage priorities while driving process improvement opportunities.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00 - $200,000.00. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
