Job summary

GH Logistics is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage daily Paycom timekeeping, review timecards, and resolve discrepancies before payroll deadlines. You will work closely with the Payroll Lead and department managers to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely reporting in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Paycom experience, 2+ years in payroll administration, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Paycom payroll experience is required.
• 2+ years of payroll administration or payroll support experience.
• Experience reviewing and correcting employee timecards in a payroll/HRIS system.
• Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with department managers and leadership to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor employee timecards daily through Paycom.
• Identify missing punches, incorrect hours, incomplete time entries, and other timekeeping discrepancies.
• Proactively communicate with department managers to obtain corrections.
• Ensure timecards are accurate and ready for final approval before payroll deadlines.
• Assist with payroll preparation, processing, and administrative support.
• Maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping records.
• Investigate payroll concerns and resolve discrepancies with leadership.
• Maintain documentation of adjustments and resolutions.
